Super environmentally friendly
- Recycles 90% more throw away plastic than other recycled plastic products.
- This process uses unsorted and uncleaned plastic. This means the plastic can have bits of stuff in it and doesn’t loose strength. Plastic lumber only uses a fraction of the plastic this process uses.

- PlastasticTM product is very abrasion resistant.
- It is better than plywood because it is already weather proof.
- It is very resistant to harmful sun rays.
- It cuts and machines just like wood.
- It doesn’t shrink or crack like wood.
Has Many Uses!
- Perfect substitute for plywood.
- Much less expensive than UHMW or ultra high molecular weight Polyethylene.
- Use in areas of high abrasion
- Great on fishing boats or dock applications
Specifications
- 48 inches by 40 inches by around 5/8 inch thick. Thickness may vary slightly.
- Weight per sheet is approximately 40 to 46 lbs
Also note:
- This eco friendly material can also be cast into large (4’x8’) parts at a small fraction of the cost of injection molded product.
- If you need to have sheet that has recycled rubber (tires) in it we can make that on special order. Things don’t slide as well on this material
