We start with a block of foam in this case. There are many ways of creating a prototype if that is what you want. |

The router has a long drill type bit that carves out the computer generated shape. |

This is the whole machine that carves out the shape with a maximum dimension of 5 feet by 18 feet by 2 feet thick. We can also do wood but no metal. |
